No patient enjoys waiting for a rebase or repair of elements. We have service locations throughout the Netherlands so that we can provide you and your patient with a fast service.
Repairs, rebases, and additions of up to four elements that are reported to us before 10:00 AM in the morning will be delivered back to your practice on the same day, no later than 4:00 PM.

Determining the correct tooth color for crowns and bridgework is crucial. If you do not have a digital color measuring device, we recommend contacting one of our dental technicians or account managers. With their expertise, they are happy to assist you, utilizing the digital resources available in our laboratories.

With the aging of our society, we have also seen a significant increase in the number of denture patients in recent years. However, many dentists are apprehensive about the labor-intensive and error-prone work involved in fitting a good denture. At Elysee Dental, it is possible to have a dental prosthetist (KPT professional) come to your practice through the extended arm construction for at least one half-day per week to take care of denture work. Naturally, this specialist also handles the follow-up care.
It can happen that as a dentist, you find yourself in a situation where you would like the advice of a dental technician. Telephonic consultation with one of our technicians is always possible. They are more than willing to assist you in finding the best solution in any situation.
In-house team with dedicated contacts
Effective communication between the dental laboratory and the dentist is crucial to achieve a successful end result together. Moreover, every dentist has their own way of working. To facilitate quick and, most importantly, effective communication, each of our customers has a dedicated team they can consult with. The team consists of your Account Manager, a dental technician, and staff from the order processing department.
Different logistical options
We prefer to use our regular night courier service for the pickup and delivery of packages. This is the fastest and most straightforward way for you as a customer.
However, we understand that not all practices can accommodate a cabinet or provide access to the practice area for the courier. In such cases, it is also possible to arrange for the logistics of your workpieces in a different manner. Please contact our logistics department for an appropriate solution.
