The Forma® Original Straumann Abutment is based on an original Straumann pre-milled abutment, which is then custom designed and manufactured by Elysee Dental for the patient.
The pre-milled abutments are clamped in our milling machine. The preformed connection remains untouched in the production process, but everything above the neck of the implant is individually milled based on a patient-specific design. This gives you ‘the best of both worlds’; an individually designed abutment and the guarantee of ‘original on original’.
