STEP 1
ALL-ON-X IOS Scan Strategy
Intraoral Scans:
- Temporary bridge/prosthesis – antagonist – occlusion
- Tissue scan with Imetric healing caps
Extraoral Scanning: with Imetric scan bodies.
Step 2
ALL-ON-X TRY-IN BRIDGE
Secure the trial bridge with finger force to assess all aesthetic and functional parameters:
- Incisal length
- Visible tooth length / lip line & smile line
- Lip support
- Midline
- Horizontal line (relationship to the bipupillary line)
- Check left occlusion
- Check right occlusion
- Buccal corridor
- Tooth shape of anterior elements
- Phonetic analysis
Step 3
Placement of the final ALL-ON-X bridge
Any adjustments to the try-in will be implemented through a re-scan in the final restoration to achieve a perfect result and passive fit.
There is a fixed or removable option available. Explore the individual features of both options below.
ALL-ON-X FIXED: ONLY ON MULTI-UNIT ABUTMENTS
ALL-ON-X Fixed Construction
The fixed All-on-X solution provides a precision-milled titanium primary substructure with cemented tooth overlays, ensuring maximum stability for the patient.
Tooth overlays are available in Zirconia or PMMA.
ALL-ON-X FIXED: ONLY ON MULTI-UNIT ABUTMENTS
ALL-ON-X Removable Construction
The removable All-on-X solution consists of a telescopic secondary titanium structure with a cemented arch of teeth that fits precisely over the precision-milled primary titanium bar.
This allows the patient to remove and clean the restoration while still providing the feeling of a fixed bridge. In the upper jaw, the restoration can be extended, if necessary, to provide more lip support.
Tooth overlays are available in Zirconia or PMMA.
